• Due to some needs of my employer my last home purchase had a very tight time window. So I needed a realtor that would be efficient, insightful, aggressive and very intuitive. Gretchen came very highly recommended and she did not disappoint. How efficient was she? In the relatively short time span of 28 days we looked at over 35 homes including 13 in one day and made offers on 2 homes. How aggressive was she? Both offers had short, sweet no BS negotiations that ended in offers neither of us found acceptable. On day 29 we found my current home. Did she have insight? The home I currently own is in a neighborhood Gretchen recommended on day one and I initially said I wasn’t interested in. It is a great neighborhood. Intuition? The first time we walked 10 feet into my current home Gretchen told me she thought this was the one for me but I was unconvinced. After looking at 5 more homes, going back to this one 4 more times, getting a home inspection and a smoking deal (due to her great negotiating skills) I have a home I truly love and adore in a fabulous neighborhood that 29 days earlier I wouldn’t have even considered.
